Police reportedly responded to a domestic dispute at Frankie Valli’s home Sunday after his son allegedly violated a restraining order by attending the residence.
Sources close to the situation told TMZ that officers were called to the legendary singer’s home around 5 p.m. A 38-year-old man reportedly identified as one of Frankie Valli’s sons was involved in a dispute at the residence despite a restraining order being in place. Another source identified the individual as Francesco Valli. A source also told People an emergency call was placed regarding Francesco.
A representative told TMZ the incident was a “private family matter” handled before police arrived on-scene. No arrests were made on-scene, sources said.

Valli has reportedly been embroiled in a bitter family feud that led to a permanent restraining order in April 2024 against Francesco. The star’s other son, Emilio, obtained the court order after claiming his older brother attempted to break into Valli’s residence and threatened to harm them both, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Legal documents alleged Francesco displayed erratic behavior and struggled with a suspected drug issue. Emilio claimed his brother sold some of his famous father’s items to support his habit and was subsequently financially cut off. He alleged his brother’s behavior created tension and ultimately led to the dispute that resulted in the restraining order, according to TMZ.
Valli, 92, has not spoken publicly about the reported tension in his family.
