“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Annemarie Wiley reportedly accused her husband, former NFL star Marcellus Wiley, of rape.
Annemarie filed documents in court claiming Marcellus has subjected her to a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation,” according to TMZ. She is reportedly seeking a restraining order and has filed for divorce.
Her declaration cited an alleged altercation in January 2026, She claimed that Marcellus pulled her out of bed and struck her on the head while berating her.
“He then raped me, telling me that I was his property and that I had to do what he said,” she alleged in her declaration. Annemarie claimed he raped her a second time that day and again two days later, according to TMZ.
Her court filing comes just days after Florida police arrested Marcellus on allegations of domestic battery.

Annemarie’s court filing alleged Marcellus raped her while under the influence of intoxication in 2012 and punched her in the face in 2014, resulting in a black eye. She also claimed that her husband lobbed a bottle of Coca-Cola toward her head while she was nine months pregnant in 2019, according to TMZ.
“Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me,” Annemarie said, according to TMZ.

She also alleged that the former NFL star loaned $100,000 from her and hasn’t repaid her and racked up $100,000 debt on her credit card. Annemarie expressed worry for her life and urgency for the restraining order, according to TMZ. She filed for custody of their three children and is seeking spousal support. Annemarie’s allegations surfaced just months after four women accused Marcellus of sexual assault in April, including an ex-ESPN production assistant, according to Rolling Stone. Three other women accused him of rape while he attended Columbia University in 1994.
Marcellus denied the claims of domestic battery after his arrest. He posted bond shortly after his arrest, the Public Information Office of the Orange County Corrections Department said. He has not publicly addressed the rape allegations.
