“Tires” keeps on rolling.

The Shane Gillis sitcom has been renewed for Season 4 at Netflix, a few weeks after the third season premiered on the streamer.

Hailing from co-creators Gillis, John McKeever and Steve Gerben, “Tires” follows the dysfunctional staff of auto repair chain Valley Forge. The workplace comedy started as a scrappy passion project — Gillis uploaded a pilot to YouTube in 2019 before the trio financed and produced a six-episode first season independently in Pennsylvania. Netflix picked up the show for distribution in 2024 and then renewed and funded future seasons.

“Tires” stars Gillis, Gerben Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, Stavros Halkias and Thomas Haden Church. Guest stars include Andrew Schulz, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Billy Magnussen, Taylor Misiak, Sofia Hasmik, Bobby Lee, Dan Soder, Rachel Blanchard, Garret Dillahunt, Anjelica Bette Fellini, Matt Walsh, Tommy Pope, Steph Tolev and H. Foley.

Earlier this year, Variety broke the news that Gillis and McKeever had inked a creative partnership with Netflix to develop new shows and movies. The deal also includes two new stand-up specials from Gillis.

Delivering a short and sweet quote about the “Tires” renewal, Gillis said, “It’s cool to get to make another season of ‘Tires.’” McKeever was a tiny bit more expressive: “I love this show and everyone who works on it. Excited to make more.”

The “Tires” renewal news comes as the comedy’s recently released third season reached No. 5 on the streamer’s Top 10 English TV list, its highest position yet. Since its 2024 debut, “Tires” has amassed more than 45 million views across three seasons.

“‘Tires’ continues to deliver the unapologetic comedy and authentic point of view Shane, John and Steve’s fans know and love, and Season 3 hitting its highest-ever Top 10 ranking proves this fandom just keeps growing,” said Tracey Pakosta, Netflix’s vice president of U.S. comedy. “We love working with this team and can’t wait to see what’s next for the Valley Forge crew in Season 4.”

The show is executive produced by Gillis, Gerben and McKeever; Brandon James for Rough House; Brian Stern and Kenneth Slotnick for AGI Entertainment Media & Management; and Becky Astphan. McKeever is the director, and he writes alongside Gillis, Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Amy McLeish, Bobby Telatovich, Sam Mazany, Bobby Telatovich, Amy McLeish-Milligan, Sam Mazany and Grace Cohen.

Over the past few years, Gillis has become one of the biggest comedians in the world. In May, he hosted Netflix’s “The Roast of Kevin Hart,” and in July, he sold 76,212 tickets to his stadium show at Lincoln Financial Field, breaking the Guinness World Record for most tickets sold for a solo comedy show. He also broke the record for largest audience for a comedian, with 73,946 verified attendees.
