The agreement covers fragrance creation, development, and distribution, with operations continuing through wholly owned Interparfums Italia Srl.
Management describes Cavalli as one of its fastest-growing portfolio brands and says the Serpentine fragrance launched in 2025 exceeded expectations. The extension gives Interparfums, Inc.
