What on earth are we doing, Bryson? (or should I say moon)
When it comes to the game of golf, Bryson DeChambeau is one of the best players on the planet. On top of that, he also has a YouTube channel that’s uber-popular. And when it comes to the technology and science of the sport, two things that made me fall in love with it, DeChambeau has been one of the biggest adopters.
With astronomy, however, DeChambeau might want to back off of that one.
Recently, DeChambeau was a part of “The Katie Miller podcast,” and they spoke about several topics. The superstar talked about how he aspires to make it into the Golf Hall of Fame, the sport’s mental side, choppin’ it up with President Donald Trump on the course and dating. Well, he also happened to get into some conspiracy theory talk, including whether or not the United States has actually been to the moon. That’s when the weirdness started to set in.
To DeChambeau’s credit, he didn’t go complete wackadoo in saying that the moon landing was 100% fake, stating that he has trust in Elon Musk that the 1969 Apollo mission was authentic. With that being said, however, he doesn’t believe the video that includes Neil Armstrong and fellow astronauts physically walking on the moon is real.
“Look, Elon says we’ve definitely gone [to the moon]. So I tend to go that route, because he’s the man that knows quite a bit about all that,” said DeChambeau. “I don’t think the footage is real. But I think we did go to the moon. I don’t know about the footage. It’s quite wild.”

Don’t fall for the Soviet propaganda, Bryson. I refuse to let a bunch of commies take away the glory that is the United States of America.
