We ask for fairness and restraint while the judicial process takes its course,” said lawyers Richard Schonfeld, Clarence Duchac and David Chesnoff in a statement, per ESPN.
According to the Packers, the organization has knowledge of the situation with Jacobs.
“As it is an ongoing legal situation, we will withhold further comment,” said the franchise in a statement, per ESPN.
The NFL stated that they also have knowledge regarding the news surrounding Jacobs and have contacted the Packers.
Tuesday saw the kickoff of OTAs for Green Bay, with head coach Matt LaFleur having media availability scheduled for Wednesday.
Jacobs, who was selected as a first team All-Pro back in 2022 during a run with the Las Vegas Raiders and picked to the Pro Bowl on three occasions, is heading into his third campaign in Green Bay after he signed a free agent deal with the team in 2024. In the 2025 season, Jacobs racked up 14 touchdowns total, with 13 of them coming on the ground. In 15 contests, he rushed for 1,211 yards.
