Brooke Hogan slammed the Clearwater Police Department’s findings after an investigation into the death of her famous father, WWE legend Hulk Hogan.

“There’s been a lot of inconsistencies from the BEGINNING,” Brooke told TMZ, according to a report published June 8.

She continued, “I think CWPD missed the mark by not IMMEDIATELY making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out the gate. This should have been treated as a taped off, locked down, thorough investigation from day one.”

Her comments came one day after the outlet reported that the police compiled a thorough investigation into Hogan’s death, inclusive of a 72-page report, and the review of surveillance footage. Investigators determined he passed in an attended natural death after suffering a cardiac arrest.

She told TMZ she was shocked when the department publicly thanked her for her cooperation, calling the acknowledgment “a slap in the face,” while asserting that she felt she wasn’t properly consulted during the process.

Brooke alleged possible foul play in August 2025, and offered to pay for an autopsy to learn more about her father’s passing. She walked back her comments after reviewing the 911 call and bodycam video, but remains unsatisfied with the police findings. She told TMZ she took issue with certain elements of the report that didn’t line up with her. She claimed she was told there were no blood samples available after her father’s death, but then heard investigators found nothing suspicious in Hulk Hogan’s blood. She claimed police records contained redactions related to prescription pills the famous wrestler was taking for pain relief and assistance with sleep, but said those specific medications did not appear in the toxicology findings, leaving her with more questions than answers.

Brooke previously questioned why Hulk Hogan’s death certificate was signed by his personal physician and not an official representative from the medical examiner’s office, according to TMZ.
