In the video, titled “Saving LA – Phase III,” Pratt reneged on his promise to move out of the city if he lost the election, instead vowing to stay active in local politics.

“You thought you could get rid of me that easily?” the former cast member of “The Hills” said in the video. “I didn’t get in this for political power, I got in this to expose this corrupt machine and nothing’s changed.”

“And now I don’t have to worry about offending CNN viewers. I don’t have a campaign to hamstring me now. It’s war,” he added.

The video shows montages of news clips, movies and videos of his election opponents, Mayor Karen Bass and Los Angeles City Councilwoman Nithya Raman (D).

“Angelenos are now stuck with two morons responsible for all their problems and now have to choose between dumb and dumber,” Pratt said as images of Raman and Bass appeared.

Pratt at one point in the race held an 8% lead over Raman for second place in the primary. That lead, however, was slowly whittled down in the week after the election as mail-in ballots continued to be counted, resulting in Raman moving on to the general election in November, along with Bass.
