“South Park” returned on Wednesday night ― and so did the show’s live-action President Donald Trump and his all-too-realistic “teeny tiny” penis.
Caution: NSFW material ahead.
The main plot of the episode centered around Butters’ attempt to rid his backyard of “Billionaire Weenietown,” a tiny village of billionaires with a data center that’s sapping power from his home so he can’t watch his YouTube videos.
Butters’ problems, it turns out, are being caused by a “highly invasive” new type of billionaire that defies “proper billionaire etiquette” and wants to speak out publicly on every issue and appear on podcasts.
Butters cuts a deal with the “old weenies” who want those new ones out. He helps rid them of the invasive podcast bro weenies and, in return, they move Weenietown to a new backyard so he can watch his YouTube videos in peace.
“There is a new billionaire in Weenietown every day,” their leader declares near the end of the episode.
Cut to President Donald Trump, with audio from one of his controversial ― and potentially illegal ― self-promotional propaganda PSAs playing. Trump heads for the toilet, where he gets out his phone and drops a deuce.

As he conducts his business, a voice begins to sing. “We’re in the money! We’re in the money.”
It’s his “teeny tiny” penis, with cartoon eyes and a little mouth.
As it sings, it detaches from the president and flies off, presumably to become the next new resident of Billionaire Weenietown.

“South Park,” which is technically being called “South America” at the moment due to the president’s penchant for renaming things, introduced a live-action Trump last season in the form of a mock PSA.
In that video ― which came a full year before Trump started to broadcast actual propaganda PSAs in real life ― the mock Trump tore off his clothing as he staggered through a desert.
“No matter how hot it gets, he’s not afraid to fight for America,” the narrator said. “With conviction, discipline, and trust in God, he survived the desert.”
Once all his clothing was removed, the mock Trump collapsed ― and a very small penis with cartoon eyes emerged from his crotch and spoke: “I’m Donald J. Trump and I endorse this message.”
“Trump,” the narrator said. “His penis is teeny tiny, but his love for us is large.”
That scene was shot using a Trump impersonator, with the face altered via deepfake technology. His “teeny tiny” penis was co-creator Trey Parker’s finger with a small prosthetic and cartoon eyes.
The White House at the time hit back, calling the show “fourth-rate” and saying it “hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years.”
“South Park” ― or “South America” ― airs on Comedy Central and streams on Paramount+.
