Barron Trump is reportedly linked to a new beverage company, titled “SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc.”
Public records filed in Florida and Delaware indicate Trump is one of the directors alongside four others: Spencer Bernstein, Rodolfo Castillo, Stephen Hall and Valentino Gomez, FOX Business reported. The outlet was unable to verify that the Barron Trump in the filings is President Donald Trump’s son.

Bernstein announced on LinkedIn that he would be taking a hiatus from his final semester at Villanova to “go all-in” on the company.
Hall said on LinkedIn that he would also be taking a break from his studies at Notre Dame to focus on SOLLOS.
Bernstein’s LinkedIn post describes SOLLOS as “a lifestyle beverage brand built around clean [and] functional ingredients.”

The company has already raised $1 million in capital, Newsweek reported, citing U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.
Yerba mate is a plant commonly found in Brazil and South American countries, and it can be brewed into a caffeinated tea. The Guayakí brand holds 86% of the yerba mate market share in North America, according to a January 2025 press release.
Trump is a sophomore at New York University’s (NYU) Stern School of Business.
The Daily Caller reached out the White House but has not heard back as of publication.
