A whistleblower who claims to have provided detailed allegations of bribery about the Biden family to the FBI has been indicted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on eight counts.

The charges include alleged arms trafficking and other schemes involving Iran.

The indictment of Gal Luft, a 57-year-old dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, comes just days after a video obtained by the New York Post features him laying out his case against the President and his son.

Luft’s sensational allegations include claims that the Biden family received payments from individuals with apparent ties to Chinese military intelligence, received large payments from a China-controlled energy company, and that Hunter had an FBI mole who tipped the company off to any potential heat.

The whistleblower also stated that he was arrested earlier this year as a means to stop him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee about the claims.

Luft reportedly skipped bail on the arrest and remains a fugitive living off the grid.

Among the federal charges he faces are allegations of arms trafficking, operating as an unregistered lobbyist for China, and conspiring to disregard US sanctions on Iran.

Luft is also accused of recruiting a former high-ranking government official to support policies favorable to China in exchange for payments to his think tank.

The whistleblower has claimed actions taken against him amount to a political hit job meant to stop him from testifying about the Biden family at any cost.

“I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life,” he told the New York Post in the video published last week.

Luft’s statements have not been corroborated at present.

Senator Ron Johnson says Gal Luft, who was just indicted by the DOJ, should be granted immunity to testify before Congress about the criminal behavior he witnessed by the Biden family.

Concerns an Informant Could Be ‘Killed’

Members of the House Oversight Committee last month claimed that the FBI is concerned that an informant involved in the unmasking of an alleged “bribery scheme” concerning the Biden family could be “killed” if their identity were to be revealed.

President Biden has found himself at the center of a multi-million dollar bribery allegation in which he and Hunter Biden were each allegedly paid $5 million by a foreign national.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) tweeted her concerns that an informant in the investigation could be killed following a committee meeting.

“Just left meeting for House Oversight. The [FBI] is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family,” Paulina wrote.

Luft claims the indictment was filed just days prior to the November midterm elections. If that checks out, the DOJ’s revelation of the indictment seems suspiciously timed to follow the video release.

Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has said Luft remains a “potential witness” in the Biden bribery investigation despite his fugitive status.

Senator Ron Johnson has insisted the whistleblower deserves legal protection so he can testify as to the allegations against the Biden family.

“Now, he’s literally fleeing for his life right now. He’s on the run. He’s an important witness,” Johnson said in a recent interview. “He needs to be granted immunity to be able to testify and tell his story.”
