Police arrested “Hannah Montana” star Mitchel Musso Saturday in Rockwall, Texas, and charged him with public intoxication, theft under $100 and a slew of other crimes, according to TMZ.

The famous actor is also reportedly facing charges due to having an expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license and violating a promise to appear notice. Police were called to a hotel where people claimed Musso was acting belligerent, according to TMZ.

Police responded to complaints of Musso allegedly stealing a snack from the food market and becoming irate when staff demanded he pay for what he had taken, TMZ noted. Musso, who played the role of Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana,” allegedly became verbally abusive and walked away.

Police allege Musso was located outside of the hotel upon their arrival. They said they believed Musso to be under the influence at the time, according to TMZ. The Rockwall Police Department reportedly said they discovered a bunch of outstanding traffic warrants under his name when they began investigating the incident Saturday.

Police handcuffed Musso and took him into custody at the scene, per TMZ. There were no reports of an altercation or injuries.

Musso was scheduled to be released on a $1,000 bond, according to TMZ. (RELATED: REPORT: Aaron Carter’s Sister Arrested For Theft And Drug Possession)
