I’d eat this (if I was a rich man).
The F1 Miami Grand Prix will be held Sunday, with festivities such as qualifying, practice and a sprint race taking place between the dates of May 1-3. And during that time, you’ll be able to grab yourself a hot dog to enjoy … if you’re willing to spend $100.
In March, Golden Goat Caviar debuted their Golden Glizzy Caviar Hot Dog at the Miami Open, and they’ve decided to bring it back for the F1 Miami Grand Prix. (RELATED: Justin Rose Inks Deal With McLaren Golf, Will Play New Equipment At Cadillac Championship In Miami)
So, like I said, the price of the glizzy is $100 and it’s an Australian Wagyu hot dog with toppings that feature crème fraiche and mascarpone, 30g Golden Goat Classic Ossetra, chives, 24k edible gold flakes and it comes on Ficelle Bakery croissant dough.
“The debut of the Golden Glizzy at the Miami Open showed what happens when craftsmanship, indulgence, and the right creative partners align — the response is instant and electric,” stated Managing Partner of Golden Goat Caviar Keith Glickman, per The Palm Beach Post. “What started as a playful, elevated idea with the Chèvre Miami team quickly went viral, and bringing that energy to the Miami Grand Prix felt like the natural next lap.”

There’s no way in hell I can justify paying $100 for a hot dog as a poor man, but if I had money in my pocket, oh yeah, sign me up.
