Jeremy Clarkson revealed that he’s been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of cancer during an episode of the latest series of “Clarkson’s Farm,” a hit show streaming on Amazon.
The episode was released Wednesday; however, the exact date from which the footage originates is unclear. The BBC reported that the series was shot in 2024 and 2025. During the episode, Clarkson, 66, is seen telling his co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland of his diagnosis. The beloved British TV personality and “Top Gear” presenter did not disclose the type of cancer he had during the onset of his discussions with his co-stars.
“I disappeared off the other week, and I had a biopsy, and it is cancer, and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early,” Clarkson said, according to the BBC.
Clarkson added that he had known about his medical condition “since May,” though again, when the diagnosis was made is unclear.
In the subsequent episode — released simultaneously — Clarkson conversed with Cooper in more depth and revealed, “The prostate, 10 percent of it is dead, the 10 percent where the cancer is,” according to the BBC. (RELATED: Kylie Minogue Reveals She Secretly Battled Cancer A Second Time)
Clarkson told another co-star, “I had the op, and just fingers crossed it’s worked, we don’t know yet.”
The season ended with images of Clarkson in a hospital bed, recovering from treatment.
“We started season five with me in a hospital bed, and here we are at the end of season five, and I’m back in the hospital bed,” he said.

“Some of the treatment’s gone a bit awry, let’s say, so I’m going to be here for a little while. I’m nil by mouth, I don’t know what’s going to happen,” Clarkson shared.
Before he signed off, he told fans, “But if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t.” (RELATED: Victor Davis Hanson Shares Details Of Cancer Battle In First Video Since Surgery)
