A man in Indiana is facing allegations of stalking, harassing and intimidating Fever star guard Sophie Cunningham, as well as sending her explicit and threatening messages on social media, according to officials.
It was announced by Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears that 48-year-old Kevin Singh was placed under arrest Tuesday before going on to receive charges Wednesday. (RELATED: WNBA’s Disrespect Towards Caitlin Clark Just Hit All-Time High)
“The internet has made it easier than ever to target, harass and intimidate others. Threats of violence, whether face-to-face or behind a keyboard, will be taken seriously,” said Mears in an official statement, per NBC News. “Coming forward is never easy, regardless of a person’s position or public profile. The victim is setting an example by speaking out.”
According to Mears, the alleged harassment of Cunningham from Singh began in 2025, with February seeing his behavior escalate following a security team contacting him regarding the way he was acting.

In Hendricks County, Singh is placed on probation for a prior case after he pleaded guilty to two counts of invasion of privacy, with each being a Level 6 felony. Featuring a habitual offender sentencing enhancement and a lead stalking charge, five other felony charges against Singh were dismissed.
Per officials, via NBC News, this is the second man who has received a stalking charge against Indiana players. Michael Lewis put in a guilty plea in July 2025 for stalking and harassment, being issued a prison sentence of over two years.
