A Christian pastor from Detroit set the Internet on fire after giving a wild and blistering speech in Dearborn, Michigan, this week.
As Fox News reported, a regularly scheduled town hall in Dearborn that began innocuously suddenly took an explosive turn when Lorenzo Sewell, the pastor of 180 Church, stepped up to the microphone to slam the city leaders on their promotion of Sharia law.
Sewell started by pointing out that Muslims make up only 1% of the population and correctly noting that Christianity is the dominant religion in America.
The pastor next challenged each city council member at the town hall to denounce Sharia law. Unsurprisingly, none did.
Sewell then reached a sad conclusion: the city of Dearborn was gone.

This was NOT what Dearborn police wanted to see.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Police Chief Issa Shahin released a desperate video message urging residents to stay away from the Aug. 18 city council meeting because “anti-Islam protesters,” including activists planning a “Christian Crusader March” to “Stop Islamification,” who were expected to show up and exercise their First Amendment rights.
The Gateway Pundit has also extensively reported on the plight of Dearborn, which resembles Iran and Saudi Arabia rather than an actual city.
For example, residents have screamed “Death to America!” during pro-Hamas protests, Christians have been kicked out of City Council meetings, and businesses have promoted the Arabic language over English on several occasions.
Pro-Hezbollah and Iranian-linked imagery has even appeared at local processions. And just weeks ago, activist Jake Lang was attacked during the city’s massive Arbaeen procession, an event that featured flags of U.S.-designated terrorist groups, according to monitoring organizations.
