The Gateway Pundit reported on Motaz Azaiza, a reporter from Gaza who documented life in Gaza following the Palestinian raid on southern Egypt on October 7th and the murder of 1,200 Jews, including young adults at a concert targeted by the barbarians.
In addition to being featured as a “friend” by Ms. Rachel, a YouTuber for small children who is allowing radical leftist ideology to be pumped into unsuspecting homes, Azaiza has other friends with large platforms, including NYC’s far-left Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
Azaiza shared in an Arabic-language interview on the Taqarob podcast that, although he has footage of Hamas terrorists beating and torturing Israeli hostages following the October 7th attacks, he did not release it because he wanted to avoid putting the terrorists ‘at risk.’
He said he filmed Israeli hostages being beaten by a crowd on 7 October 2023 after encountering a Hamas vehicle. He chose not to publish the footage “because he did not want those shown to be identified and targeted.”
He also described widespread self-censorship among Gaza journalists as well as collusion on the narrative.

In November 2025, Azaiza shared a picture with the Mayor, and Mamdani is beaming. And why wouldn’t he? That is exactly the type of reporter he wants covering Muslim atrocities, one that will push down journalistic integrity in favor of pushing his agenda.

Azaiza also cozied up to vocal anti-Israel rapper Macklemore who was recently cut from the Ed Sheeren tour for the inability to control his rabid anti-semitism.
Azaiza gushed on X, “Love to you my brother @macklemore.”
