Dario Pallini, former boyfriend of “Bad Boys” actress Theresa Randle, accused the star of breaking into his home, smoking crack in his closet, and threatening his life.
Pallini recently filed a restraining order against Randle, claiming she began harassing him in 2024 when they broke up after dating for two years, according to TMZ. He claimed he found her inside his residence June 1, “sitting in my closet with my dog,” and “smoking crack.” Pallini said she was “surprised I was there and said that she thought I was in jail.”
He told the court she “began saying things that didn’t make sense,” and told him that, “she doesn’t bow down to no man, you Aryan piece of shit,” when he asked her to leave, according to TMZ.

Pallini claimed Randle became violent when he threatened to phone police, and threw a can of vegetables at him, hitting him in the head. Police arrived on the scene and made her leave his home, but he stated he is afraid she will return and break into his home, according to TMZ.
In the court filing, Pallini claimed a separate incident unfolded May 18 during which time he woke up and found Randle inside his apartment. He said he could “tell she was high because she started to clean my house and telling me that I owe her.”
During their interaction, Pallini alleged the “Malcolm X” actress threatened to shoot him, took a pole from his medical bed, and swung it at his head. He claimed she hit him in the shoulder, but he was eventually able to remove the pole from her grip, TMZ reported. Pallini said police responded to the incident that night, resulting in Randle’s arrest.

“She is addicted to drugs and needs help,” Pallini told the judge, who ultimately granted his request for a temporary restraining order. A hearing date was set for June 23. (RELATED: Actor James Handy Allegedly Stabbed To Death By Girlfriend’s Son)
Randle, 61, has had other police-involved interactions, including a March 1 arrest on a felony corporal injury charge that was later dropped. She was arrested in October 2024 on assault charges, which were also dropped by the district attorney, according to TMZ.
Some of Randle’s most notable credits include “Beverly Hills Cop III” and “Space Jam.”
