FBI Director Christopher Wray is reportedly offering to allow leaders of the House Oversight Committee a private review of a document alleged to show President Biden engaged in a “criminal scheme” with a foreign national while he was serving as Vice President.

Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) spoke with Wray by phone on Wednesday when he conceded to allow an “in camera review” of the document.

Comer and ranking Democrat Oversight member Jamie Raskin would be authorized to have a look.

Comer subpoenaed the form in question, an FD-1023 informant file from June 2020, last month.

The file was spotlighted by a witness who claimed it describes a “criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

Comer had threatened to hold Wray in contempt of Congress for not producing the memo related to the agency’s investigation into President Biden. His offer to at least allow them to look at it seems to be an attempt to stave off that motion.

Wray Admits the Biden ‘Criminal Scheme’ Document Exists

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer said that the FBI Director admitted during the phone call to the existence of the form alleging to show President Biden engaged in a bribery scheme.

“Today, FBI Director Wray confirmed the existence of the FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national,” Comer announced.

But, he added, simply allowing them an “in camera review” was not enough of a concession to stave off contempt of Congress charges.

“We have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena,” said Comer.

“If the FBI fails to hand over the FD-1023 form as required by the subpoena, the House Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings.”

Impeach Biden?

Axios has described the claims, initially brought forth by a whistleblower, as “the most direct allegation against President Biden himself.”

Grassley and Comer had both described the whistleblower as “credible,” though he has appparently gone off the grid with the New York Post describing him as “alive” but “living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.”

He reportedly views himself as the “victim of a political persecution by the US to protect Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and brother Jim.”

The bribery allegations, if proven true or confirmed by the form when Wray produces it, have prompted Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene to speculate that the President would be impeached.

“That form shows the proof that Joe Biden took a money payment from a foreign national in exchange for policy decisions while he was vice president of the United States,” Greene (R-GA) claimed.

She added: “This means that Joe Biden will be impeached.”

A New York Post reporter asked White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby Wednesday about a poll indicating 53% of the public believe Biden was “involved with his son in an illegal influence peddling scheme.”

Kirby was left nearly speechless while White House press secretary was also in disbelief.

Q: “What do you say to the majority of Americans who believe that the President himself is corrupt?”

John Kirby: “Wow…”

Karine Jean-Pierre: “Jesus”

“The president has spoken to this. And there’s nothing to these claims,” Kirby would eventually spit out in defense of the President.

Representative Comer has suggested at least a dozen relatives of President Biden could be exposed in foreign money deals.
