Jimmy Kimmel said on Tuesday that President Donald Trump’s decision to ban three news organizations from the White House is already backfiring.
Kimmel said that move “has to drive Trump even crazier than he already is.”
“There’s nothing this man loves more than being on television,” Kimmel said. “And right now, thanks to his own dumb actions, the only camera at the White House is the Ring camera Melania had mounted on her bedroom door to keep him out of it.”
Kimmel also took a look at Trump’s speech on Tuesday to the United Nations General Assembly.
“What a speech this was,” Kimmel said. “He put the dip in diplomacy and the dick in tater this morning. It was a rough, threatening, ugly ramble in front of the other leaders of the world.”
But then came an odd moment where Trump attempted to thank the nations that have supported his efforts in Gaza by name ― and struggled with one in particular, twice referring to Kazakhstan as “Kazakastan.”
“Thank you, President Borat,” Kimmel cracked. “We appreciate it.”
