Calm down everyone. Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are apparently not an item, despite the WIP Morning Show apparently telling everyone they were on Wednesday.
In a clip shared by WIP’s Twitter account, Eagles center Jason Kelce appears to say that Swift and his younger brother, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, are “100%” dating. But what WIP failed to mention in their caption is that Kelce was totally joking.
Jason even says, “No, I’m joking. I don’t even know what’s happening,” to the Philadelphia-based sports radio show. But you can barely hear him.

A slew of news outlets were quick to pick up the story. Fox News missed the part where Jason said he was “joking” about the Swift and his brother dating and ran essentially the same headline as WIP. (RELATED: Kristin Cavallari Seems To Admit She’s Dating Morgan Wallen)
Rumors about Swift and Travis’ potential romantic entanglement started in mid-September after The Messenger ran a story about the two “quietly hanging out.” A single source said the pair had hung out a few times after Kelce tried and failed to give Swift his number at one of her shows.
So, at this point, we have no real idea what the situation is. But we do know that Jason was joking, so I think we can all calm down.
