Sydney Sweeney is reportedly set to star in the upcoming film “Hollow,” a movie adaptation of Lindsey Anderson Beer‘s debut novel and reimagining of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.”
Sweeney isn’t just starring in the film — she’s also getting producer credits, according to Deadline. This will be the first movie produced through Sweeney’s newly announced Honey Trap banner, in conjunction with Beer’s Lab Brew banner. Beer will reportedly work on the script and direct the adaptation of her book which has been fast-tracked for a fall 2027 publication.
Sweeney will play the role of Katrina Van Tassel in the feature film, according to Deadline. The story centers around a love triangle as schoolteacher Ichabod Crane competes with Brom Bones to earn Tassel’s affection.
The movie is reportedly expected to blend erotic thriller elements and gothic content.

Sweeney just wrapped her role in “Euphoria,” as the hit HBO series came to a close at the end of Season three.
Sweeney’s prior film roles include “The Housemaid,” “Christy” and “Anyone But You.”

The actress has also been heavily promoting her new lingerie line SYRN, officially launched in January.
