How can you not love Eagles fans?
The great people of Philadelphia have one hell of a reputation when it comes to being some of the most rowdy sports fans here in the United States. And it’s not just the football field or basketball court where the passion shows.
It was highlighted in spectacular fashion courtesy of a few fans Wednesday during the practice round for the PGA Championship, hosted in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania at Aronimink Golf Club, which is right outside of Philadelphia. Footage was published on social media showing No. 1 ranked Scottie Scheffler, who is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, getting a few laughs out of a number of Eagles fans who had a little fun and talked some trash to him.
“Dallas sucks, Scottie!” yelled one of the Philly fans while Scheffler was on the 12th green practicing. “We’re gonna smash you on Thanksgiving!”
As you’ll see in the video, Scheffler got a kick out of it. When the camera zooms in, you’ll notice Scheffler with a huge smile on his face as Eagles fans have a good ol’ “Go Birds!” moment.

This is why I love sports. You have a disagreement with somebody in politics and religion, and you risk getting cussed out and screamed at. You do a little trash-talking in sports, and everybody laughs.
What a beautiful, beautiful realm.
