A convicted transgender baby killer who strangled an innocent 11-month-old girl to death has been hauled back to prison for a parole violation just months after the Indiana Department of Correction quietly released him decades early.
Jonathan Richardson, who now calls himself Autumn Cordellioné and identifies as a transgender woman, was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on July 15 for an undisclosed parole violation.
Richardson has since been returned to the custody of the Indiana Department of Correction. State records now list August 15, 2041, as the earliest possible release date, according to WFIE.
Authorities have not publicly disclosed exactly how Richardson violated parole.
Read that again. This man strangled a baby. He was handed a 55-year sentence. He served roughly 23 years. Then the system cut him loose and sent him right back to Evansville, the same community where he murdered that child.
The baby’s name was Faith Lee. She was 11 months old.
On September 12, 2001, Faith’s mother went to work and left her infant daughter in the care of her partner, then-19-year-old Jonathan Richardson. Richardson strangled the helpless baby to death.
When friends came by later that day, he turned them away at the door. The child was already gone. A jury convicted him. A judge sentenced him to 55 years.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, this same sicko was quietly paroled in late 2025 after serving less than half his sentence. Local prosecutors and law enforcement were never notified. The only reason anyone found out was because a citizen recognized him from the original 2002 trial and tipped off authorities.
While behind bars, Richardson was diagnosed with gender dysphoria in 2020, changed his name, and began identifying as a woman. He spent years demanding taxpayer-funded “gender-affirming” surgery.
A Clinton-appointed federal judge ordered the state to provide it. He later sued President Trump for $3.5 million over alleged “transphobic hate speech.” After his early release, he launched an OnlyFans account.
Faith Lee’s mother had warned the courts. She lived in fear that this man would change his appearance, hide his identity, and walk free one day. That day came. The system handed him early release anyway.
Now, after only a few months back on the street, he has already violated parole and is locked up again.
