Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt tried to slam Democratic politicians on Monday, but her numbers didn’t quite add up.
“They campaign as moderates,” she told Sean Hannity. “They do 360s on every single policy position they have to try to appeal to common-sense, good-hearted Americans. But then, when they are elected, they govern as complete radical extreme liberal lunatics.”
To campaign as a moderate and then “do 360s on every single policy position” would mean they govern as moderates, too, given that a 360 would lead someone right back to their starting point.
