Just like people, pets experience stress, anxiety, and fear. However, they can’t tell us what’s wrong with words. Instead, they communicate through a complex language of behaviors and body signals. Recognizing the signs of your pet’s mental wellbeing is the first step toward helping them feel safe and secure in their environment.

Recognizing Pet Stress Signals

Pets often express anxiety through subtle cues that are easy to miss if you don’t know what to look for.
