Following her surprise performance at last night’s “Toy Story 5” premiere in Los Angeles, Taylor Swift has made it all the way to Madison Square Garden in New York City on Wednesday in time to watch the New York Knicks face off against the San Antonio Spurs in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
This may not be the only time Swift will be at MSG this week. There has been recent widespread speculation that she will marry her NFL superstar fiancé, Travis Kelce, at the iconic New York venue over the weekend.
The Knicks, led by star point guard Jalen Brunson, fell to 2-1 after the Spurs took Game 3 at MSG. While the Knicks beat the Spurs 105-95 during Game 1, Game 2 was a close call, with the Knicks winning by a slim one-point margin.
Many public figures and politicians have recently attended MSG for the NBA Finals. Donald Trump attended Game 3 on Monday and was met with a sea of boos from the thousands of basketball fans. Timothée Chalamet, Spike Lee, Tina Fey, Dave Chapelle, Tracy Morgan, Ben Stiller, Larry David, Chris Rock and Fat Joe were also seen at the Garden earlier this week, enthusiastically cheering on the New York Knicks from the sideline.
Last month, Swift and Kelce were spotted at a playoff game between the Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers; Kelce rooted for the Cavaliers, but they ultimately lost. Beyond the Knicks and “Toy Story 5,” which features a new original song titled “I Knew It, I Knew You,” Swift has made headlines for reportedly doubling her net worth to $2 billion.
