I love Tom Brady, a lot of you guys know this, but I’m not understanding what we’re doing here.
In a new business venture, NFL legend Tom Brady is getting involved with beverages, and in a true “cha-ching!” moment, it’s in a market that’s anticipated to get to $11 billion by 2030.
Expanding his partnership with Gopuff, Brady made the announcement Monday that Good Nut was launching, per Fox Business. Yes, “Good Nut.” The drink is organic coconut water, and to top it off, it’s a premium line. (RELATED: Bears Set To Leave Democratic Chicago After Over 100 Years)
In the current climate, customers are looking for beverages that have lower sugar and are less processed, and with that being the case, the coconut water market continues to increase. Considered the leader of instant commerce, Gopuff was able to identify that consumers are purchasing coconut water. On its platform, sales have been rising year-over-year at 115%.
With this being the case, Brady and Gopuff are making sure they take advantage of the shift.
“Gopuff has a unique ability to understand what consumers want and get great products into their hands in minutes,” said Brady to Fox Business in a statement. “We had a great experience working together on GOAT Gummies, and that trust made it easy to team up again on Good Nut. From product development to launch, we’ve been aligned on creating something Gopuff customers would actually want to drink.”

For obvious reasons, no grown man should be buying this drink, which makes me question the name completely … what are we doing?
