As we all know, ESPN legend Stephen A. Smith has aspirations of potentially being the President of the United States one day. That being said, the actual president, Donald J. Trump, put a torch to those dreams Monday night following Smith saying he would blame the Trumpster if the New York Knicks suffered defeat against the San Antonio Spurs.

After going to Madison Square Garden for Game 3, Trump talked with the media prior to getting on Air Force One for the return trip to Washington, D.C. Trump was questioned by Fox News Digital/OutKick regarding Smith stating that the president would deserve responsibility if New York took an L. Smith has flirted numerous times with the possibility of running for the White House.
“I think he’s a nice guy, but you need a certain aptitude to run for president,” said Trump. “You need a high IQ. I’m not sure that Stephen has that. I don’t think he does, actually.”
