The left is up to their slimy tricks again.

Steven Bracco, who is a reporter for San Francisco media outlet Hoodline, is out here portraying himself as a Giants fan in a letter to the team whining about the Pride Night rebellion from multiple pitchers on the roster. The letter was published by OutSports.

At face value, it already looks like we’re dealing with something cringe, and that assessment couldn’t be more correct. Let’s break it down, shall we?

So, to start things off, rainbow warrior Bracco gave us an introduction to him apparently being a Giants fan (which I’m totally skeptical of considering the circumstances), and also informed us that he’s an LGBTQ+ athlete. Somebody throw him a cookie. (RELATED: Round Of Applause To Texas Rangers For Being Only MLB Franchise Without Pride Night)

“I’ve been a lifelong Giants fan for over 40 years, dating back to the Candlestick days when I attended games as a kid with my parents and arrived early to get autographs from players,” wrote Bracco.

“As an LGBTQ+ athlete, I’ve had the honor of going to Pride Day/Night for many years. I’ve also organized 200+ softball players to attend the game annually.”

From there, Bracco spoke about how he was excited for a recent Giants game, the same one where the franchise hosted Pride Night, praising the Pride Night Jersey for being an “amazing design by Favianna Rodriguez.” And then, the crying started.

“I was unbelievably disappointed by the offensive and disrespectful actions of a few Giants players who chose to write a Bible verse on their hats that was meant to reclaim the rainbow as a Christian/Catholic symbol,” wrote Bracco.

Thanks to @Outsports & @CydZeigler for publishing my letter to @SFGiants about Pride Night.

Over past few days, I contemplated whether to write a letter.

Ultimately, I felt that this was far too important for LGBTQ+ community to ignore.https://t.co/86Eev7BpZ9

“As you probably know, in 1978, Gilbert Baker created the Rainbow Flag in San Francisco as a symbol of Pride for the LGBTQ+ community. The Giants’ milquetoast response about ‘pain and anger’ just doesn’t cut it. You’re making an excuse for the players’ homophobia. It’s unacceptable.”

The rainbow warrior even called for disciplinary action to be taken against Giants manager Tony Vitello and his players.

“Starting with manager Tony Vitello and going up through leadership (including all of you), these players should not have been allowed on the field with those divisive messages,” Blacco wrote.

“It’s pretty clear that Tony Vitello knew his players had written the Bible passage, and because of this, he, along with the players need to face the consequences. I’ve never been so upset and disappointed about a team that I love. I truly cannot continue to support this team after decades of attending games.”

Ending things off, Blacco claimed that the Giants apparently ruined their relationship with the LGBTQ+ community, and then actually had the audacity to tell the San Francisco organization what they should do. (LMAO)

“However, your team and its leadership’s actions have ruined the LGBTQ+ community’s connection to the Giants,” wrote Blacco.

“I’d like to know what you plan to do to recover from this embarrassing situation. The Giants should host a press conference and community forum to discuss what actions they will take moving forward.”

And with all that being said, I guarantee this will be some of the goofiest behavior you will see in 2026.
